The Trinity Center
Our nursing center is home to 120 individuals. Trinity Center has three licensed CCDI (Chronically Confused Dementing Illness) units, each home to 20 residents. We also have 60 residents living in our general nursing area.
A large part of what makes Trinity Center special is our dedicated staff. All staff members are carefully screened and receive ongoing dementia training.
Residents’ family and friends — even our pets — are part of the community at Trinity Center. Guests are welcome at any time and often participate in holiday celebrations, special events, music, or other entertainment programs. Family and friends frequently join us for meals. They offer one another understanding and support, which only those who live with the effects of memory loss can provide.

Living with Alzheimer’s disease or a related memory disorder is challenging for the individual as well as the family. Our licensed social worker leads a monthly Alzheimer’s support group to assist families on this journey. Our social worker also hosts a monthly spouse luncheon for spouses dealing with the inevitable changes they experience with their husbands or wives. Most importantly, we desire to educate families on how they can best engage with their loved ones, so they can continue to have meaningful visits, even in the final stages of dementia.
